Main duties / Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte

We are one of the leading airlines worldwide with an excellent reputation for our on board service. Suitable candidates are kindly invited in to apply for the position of a Passenger Services Agent (M/F).

Your main duty is to provide direct support and guidance to our passengers via phone and mail. You are the first touch point for all pre-travel and post-travel issues raised by our customers. These duties require you to be committed, composed, engaged and solution driven.

Your profile / Ihr Profil

You acquired a relevant apprenticeship and gathered business related work experience, ideally within the travel / tourism industry. You are firm in German and English language (verbal and written) and service minded with excellent manners. You proactively take the initiative to serve our customers and support the remaining departments accordingly. You enjoy working with different groups of people and handle their inquiries via telephone efficiently.
