Main duties / Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte

Handling of requests and inquiries by phone and email from passengers and travel agents.

Issuing and re-issuing of tickets, fare calculations, refunds.

Helpdesk for travel agents in problem solving regarding ticketing and tariffs.

Handing of THAI frequent flyer program including ticketing.

Quick perception of complex situations.

 

Required skills / Notwendige Kenntnisse

Experience in reservations and ticketing within the airline industry or an IATA agency.

Sound knowledge of Amadeus Reservation and Fare System.

Highly service oriented and strong communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written expression. Perfect orthografie in German, as well as very good knowledge of the English language.
