Executive Committee

The BARIG Executive Committee (EC) consists of the delegates of twelve airlines which together represent the member airlines of the five continents.
The Lufthansa representative is chair of the EC which works as an advisory board for the Secretary General. The committee discusses all relevant and important strategic issues of the industry and decides on BARIG positions and resolutions. The Secretary General together with the EC prepares proposals, e.g. the annual BARIG budget or major commercial activities, to be decided by the BARIG General Assembly for decision.
