We are searching for three full-time employees in the area of freight handling to strengthen our cargo team in Frankfurt am Main and in Munich.
Main duties
Responsibilities:*Advice to customers on transportability requests by telephone and in writing
*Reception and fostering of bookings by e-mail, telephone and fax; creating and managing bookings in the company's own computer system
*Cargo handling and monitoring on inbound and outbound flights
*Customer service and close cooperation with departments related
*Supporting customers in the event of irregularities

Required experience
- Completed vocational training as a specialist for ground handling services in air traffic, dispatcher in freight traffic or as a freight forwarding or air traffic clerk or a correspondingly relevant training occupation with professional experience in sale
- Good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel) quick learner and ability to work independently
- Customer/service-oriented work, ability to work in a team and flexibility as well as reliable and precise working methods commitment
- Very good written and spoken Chinese, German and English skills
- motivation and willingness to learn
