CARGO RESERVATION & OPERATION (m/f/d) at CHINA AIRLINES
Main duties
• Telephone support and care of existing customers in the office• New customer acquisition by telephone
• Creation and management of statistics
• Freight reservation and space control
• Documentary handling of air freight shipments import/export
• Monitoring compliance with DGR regulations
• Coordination of air freight shipments in truck traffic

Required experience
- Enjoy selling and dealing with customers
- Good knowledge of German and English. Chinese is an advantage
- Confident telephone communication
- Team spirit
- Airport work experience desired but not a must
