Job description
China Airlines, based in Taiwan, operates an extensive global passenger and cargo network connecting Taiwan with major markets worldwide. Our Frankfurt office plays a key role in connecting the German market with our global cargo network.
Main duties
- Telephone support and care of existing customers in the office- New customer acquisition by telephone
- Creation and management of statistics
- Freight reservation and space control
- Documentary handling of air freight shipments import/export
- Monitoring compliance with DGR regulations
- Coordination of air freight shipments in truck traffic
- Supervise ramp operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, and airport authorities
- Monitor aircraft loading and unloading activities
Required experience
- - Shift work flexibility
- - Team player with good communication skill
- - Airport working experience is preferred
- - Enjoy selling and dealing with customers
- - Good knowledge of German and English
- - Confident telephone communication
