Job description

Silk Way West Airlines is an international cargo airline with a strong global network and the highest standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence.
To strengthen our team at **Frankfurt-Hahn Airport (HHN)**, we are looking for a committed **OPS Supervisor (m/f/d)** who will act as the key link between the station and the HUB Operations Control Center and ensure a safe and efficient aircraft turnaround.

Main duties

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between the station and the HUB Operations Control Center
• Coordinate and report on the aircraft status while ensuring that all safety and company procedures are followed
• Coordinate with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) to ensure sufficient resources are allocated for aircraft turnaround
• Communicate with the local Sales and Reservations team regarding shipments booked for upcoming flights
• Verify planned build-up and loading procedures for special cargo in coordination with the Cargo Operations Engineering Department
• Compile and send FBLs as well as any special build-up instructions to the Cargo Handlers
• Supervise the build-up process and verify that it is carried out in accordance with company requirements
• Coordinate the aircraft turnaround on the ramp

Required experience

  • • Vocational training or relevant professional experience in freight forwarding, air cargo, or the airline industry is preferred
  • • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • • High level of safety awareness
  • • High level of responsibility and reliability
  • • Ability to work within a rotating shift schedule
  • • Ability to obtain airport security clearance
  • • Valid driver’s license
  • • Legal authorization to work in Germany
