Job description

China Eastern Airlines Frankfurt Airport Station is currently recruiting one Passenger Service Agent for airport ground operations management. The position is based in Frankfurt am Main.

Main duties

1. Managing passenger check-in, boarding processes, and transit procedures at Frankfurt Airport;
2. Handling irregular baggage issues and responding to passenger inquiries;
3. Compiling and analyzing flight operation data; assisting in preparing daily operational reports;
4. Addressing and resolving irregular situations during flight operations to ensure smooth processes;
5. Supervising and coordinating ground handling services provided by the local agent;
6. Performing other passenger service-related tasks as assigned by station management.

Required experience

  • Previous experience in the airline industry, at an airport, or in a related service sector is preferred;
  • Excellent command of German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with passengers and stakeholders;
  • Flexibility to work early shifts and adapt to a dynamic work schedule; strong resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure;
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong team orientation;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel);
  • Must currently reside in Germany and hold a valid long-term residence permit or work permit.
