STATION MANAGER Munich Airport at El Al Israel Airlines

Main duties

As a Station Manager, you will be

• Responsible to all Ground Operations Area managers activities, work plan and reports.
• In charge of Safety, On Time Performance & Customer Service at the stations under his supervision and stations under all Ground Operations Area Managers supervision.
• Supervise the entire scope of operations at outbase stations to ensure the utmost efficiency and standard of service level performed by outbase Station Managers and their subordinates and/or Handling Agents.
• Yearly plan of quality monitorings at outbase stations.
• Responsible to all Ground Operations aspects of special flights (e.g Prime Minister Flights, rescue flights etc.).
• In charge of purchase ground services handling at outbase stations by handling companies
• Explore alternatives to the ground handling of both economical and service level to ensure smooth operation at outbase stations.
• Negotiate and set the draft for the Handling Agreement.
• Planning an annual Quality work plan of the Ground Operations Area managers and monitor its implementation
• Preform on monthly basis quality control for the entire activities of Ground operations Area Managers. (Safety, On Time Performance & Customer Service).
• Preform a working meeting after each visit of Ground operations Area Managers and go over the travel report.
• Supervise the entire scope of operations at outbase stations to ensure the utmost efficiency and standard of service level performed by outbase Station Managers and their subordinates and/or Handling Agents.
• Analyze recurring findings and working to correct the findings for the entire activities of Ground operations. (Safety, On Time Performance & Customer Service).

Salary: according to qualification

Required experience

  • must have sound job experience
  • fit to work shift; weekends and nights
  • good command of both German and English
