We are now inviting suitable candidates to apply for the position of
CARGO OPERATIONS AGENT (m/f/d) - 100%
for our Cargo Office at Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
Main duties
Your Role:• Provide customer service through the reservation system and other communication channels
• Prepare flight and truck plans for ground handling agent
• Control cargo space ex Germany
• Perform in-house sales duties
• Monitor and supervise the handling/ ramp operations
• Assist on any administrational/operation/sales duties
• Dealing with all customer service matters including complaints and claims
Requirements / Competences:
• School diploma and commercial apprenticeship
• 1-2 years cargo experience or equivalent desirable
• Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge of airfreight, logistics, and transportation is desirable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
