Hertz car rental welcomed as new business partner

BARIG’s business partner portfolio grows with global mobility provider.

Globally operating Hertz car rental is as of now a business partner of the Board of Airline Representatives in Germany (BARIG). The company thereby gains access to the attractive dialogue platform offered by the association and its representatives of around 100 national and international member airlines.

In this context, BARIG Secretary General Michael Hoppe states, “Hertz is one of the world’s leading car rental companies. For this reason, we are very happy that Hertz is now enhancing BARIG’s business partner portfolio in the mobility sector.”

The global network of Hertz comprises around 9,700 car rental stations in roughly 150 countries. In Germany alone, Hertz is present at around 300 locations, including all commercial airports and major train stations. Its premium fleet is equipped with vehicles of renowned German and international brands ranging from compact cars to limousines as well as light trucks up to twelve tons.

“Hertz is among the globally leading car rental services at airports and has been long maintaining close partnerships with numerous airlines. We are therefore excited to further intensify the communication with airlines as new BARIG business partner and to purposefully extend the brand presence of Hertz in this way,“ Dominic Adametz, Head of Key Account Management at Hertz Car Rental, explains.

Hertz is enlarging BARIG’s portfolio in the area of mobility business partners. Further fields covered by the association’s business partner program are Hotels, Coaching & Consulting Services, Legal/Advocate/Notary, Services as well as Technology & Innovation.
