Job description
In this multifaceted position, you will manage export documentation, supervise ramp activities, and deliver top customer service. Additionally, you will also handle reservations and manage import flight logistics. Your responsibilities also include customer support, sharing knowledge and assistance regarding our cargo services and products.

Main duties
Your Role:• Provide customer service through reservations system and other communication channels.
• Prepare flight and truck plans for ground handling agent.
• Control cargo space ex Germany.
• Monitor and supervise the handling/ ramp operations.
• Assist on any administrational/operation/sales duties.
• Dealing with all customer service matters including complaints and claims
